~ DISPLAY PERIOD ~
Banners will be displayed for 2 consecutive years beginning Memorial Day 2024.
(They will be taken down in 2026. Exact dates subject to change without notification.)
At the end of the second year, banners will be returned to the sponsor. Banners will not be mailed, but there will be an opportunity to pick them up.

Banners will be displayed on the light and electrical poles throughout Winchester.

Deadline to submit your sponsorship order is May 1st.
Program is limited to Winchester /Frederick County residents.
Orders placed in 2023 will have the banner displayed from Memorial Day 2024 through Memorial Day 2025.
Wear and tear due to weather conditions may require banner to be retired and taken down early.
