1) deceased veterans who lived in the VOM, or
2) current VOM residents may honor a relative or other deceased veteran

30"x60" Banners - Displayed on Mamaroneck Avenue, Boston Post Road, Halstead Avenue.
20"x40" Banners - Displayed near Mamaroneck Avenue.
