Photos of living individuals must be accompanied by a photo release form signed by the person in the photo. If the individual is currently deployed and unable to sign, writen approval from the service person is acceptable.

Upload your digital file(s) of your honoree in uniform. If you don't have your photo ready to upload, simply submit a photo at a later time. We recommend that your file be a minimum of 300dpi for a standard 3x5 photo. Smaller photos should be scanned at a higher resolution. For best results, save your image as a high res PDF or jpg with the maximum resolution / print settings available.
